We will involve Music and Movement EVERY DAY at M-Powered Camps!  We will dance for fun and fitness as well incorporate music into other activities throughout the day. Music ignites all areas of development: intellectual, social and emotional, motor, language, and overall literacy. It helps the body and the mind work together. And most importantly it's fun and makes us FEEL GOOD!

Mindfulness practices help us to focus our attention, as well as to observe our thoughts and feelings without judgement.  

We will practice daily, age specific, yoga which includes focus and attention games as well as poses and relaxation techniques. Bringing mindfulness to daily life increases our gratitude and compassion, decreases stress and anxiety and helps to regulate our emotions, actually increasing positive emotions. Sometimes we may even bring our practice outdoors!

Each morning and afternoon your child will participate in making nutritious snacks while learning the "body benefits' of the ingredients.  Because when we know how a food positively affects our body we are making an informed decision to try it.  Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle and learning this information at a young age can have a lifelong impact!

Children will get an opportunity for creative expression every day too! There will be an art and craft activity where your child can put in their own personal touches and ideas to create something to be proud of. 

The children in the two older age groups will be given the chance to choreograph their own dance to their song of choice as well. This activity has been VERY popular in past years and has helped build confidence and cooperation skills during the creation process as well as the performance at the end of the week.

Our camps are run by mature and qualified leaders with experience in health, fitness and child development. Not only have they been running these camps for 4 years but their qualifications include: group fitness instructor, teacher, personal trainer and business owner. They have the knowledge and energy needed for this type of thing!

M-Powered Summer Camps are open to boys AND girls who enjoy all the activities we have to offer! 

50% deposit is required to secure your child's spot. The remainder is due on (or before) the first day of camp. Group numbers are low and spaces are therefore limited.

PayPal options can be found below, either 50% deposit to secure your child's space or full cost to secure your child's spot and a quicker drop off on the first day.


Once notification of payment has been received you will get an email from Bliss Be Fit studio (the venue for our camps) with your reservation confirmation.

The week prior to your child's start date you will get another email with details specific to your child's camp, including a registration form. If you have any questions before this time please don't hesitate to contact us.
