We start with an ACTIVE session of either Generation Pound, Zumba Kids (or a mix of the 2) where we experience a variety of international beats and familiar songs too. The focus here is on feeling the beat and enjoying the music. We follow this with a whole foods smoothie or other healthy SNACK creation that we make together while learning some of the body benefits of the foods included. Finishing off our time with Kids-Centered yoga where we play cooperative games to practice focus and develop a BODY/MIND connection. Followed by a guided savasana to show gratitude to ourselves and our hard-working bodies.

We'll bring the Ripstix and the music and rockout at your school, after school program or sports team with children and youth of all ages! We can come once, once/month or even once/week.

A dance fitness program designed to inspire and motivate girls ages 8-17. Girls develop skills to be kinder to themselves and others.
The fitness component is like no other. It is an upbeat class where girls gain strength both physically and mentally and they'll walk away standing taller and feeling more confident. It's a great addition to an existing sports team for extra physical training or bonus within an extracurricular group. We can come once, once/month or even once/week.
